60 minutes

The Pilates course is for 10 weeks and is $175. This can be paid via EFT, cash or cheque

Is there a membership fee?

There is no joining or membership fee. You pay for the course at the beginning of the 10 weeks.

Can I join at any time?

No. Simply because it is a 10 week progressive Pilates course that ensures everyone in class has the same knowledge and are ready to progress to new more challenging movements as the weeks go on.

Do I have to make a booking?

Yes, you need to book & pay for the 10 week course.

Can beginners join?

Absolutely. Every age, sex, and size are welcome in our studio. Our teaching style is clear and precise and we constantly demonstrate throughout class. You will never feel lost or out of place in our studio. We are here to ensure you get the best from your practice

Do I attend the same class every week?

Yes. This helps us maintain class size and you can be assured that we don’t overfill classes. We do understand that this is not always possible so when you do need to attend another time or day we ask you to email, text or call us so that we can reschedule you into another class . This way you don’t miss out on your regular Pilates practice. As we all know consistency is paramount for results.

How many times a week should I attend?

Ideally, one Pilates & one Yoga class helps maintain a healthy mind & body. Regular consistent practice gives best results and allows you to reap the benefits of Pilates.

Do I have to bring a mat?

Yes. Sadly because of Covid all props used in class need to be your own & brought in with you.

How many people in a class?

There is a maximum of 11 in each class

What happens if I miss a class?

We ask that you advise us that you are not able to attend your regular class and then suggest you let us know what “other” class you may like to do as a “makeup” class. This does not necessarily have to be in the same week but should be within that month.

Can I do it when I’m pregnant?

We have many women participate in pilates during pregnancy and continue with it post baby. Our experienced teachers can and will advise you which poses are best to avoid. We usually find most mums prefer to move over to yoga after 24 or more weeks as for some the size of the belly can limit good range of movement and feel a little squashy at times !
