I have been a regular and consistent participant at Pure Yoga for 10 years. I initially joined following a lower back injury and now cannot imagine my life without my weekly ‘hit’.

I love this part of my week, coming to yoga is for me, here I can physically challenge my body (in a low impact way), recalibrate my mind and catch up with like-minded positive people.
Debbie // Mortdale
Pilates for me is what keeps my body “in check”. Having a dance background and living with scoliosis, I have found that Pilates is the only gentle form of stretching and strengthening that keeps my joints flexible and allows me to still teach complex dance movements.
Frances // Peakhurst Heights
I have been doing Pilates for 10 years now after a debilitating injury to my spine through standing for long periods at the Operating Theatre table. Pilates has taught me abdominal core strength and control which in turn has helped me manage this injury.
Susan // Mortdale
Pilates has helped me to keep my body in working order and whilst it can be challenging it is always rewarding. The classes are never boring – we sometimes think Leesa stays up half the night trying to think of new and amazing ways to challenge us !!!
Anne // Oatley

I found that yoga relaxed my mind & body, enabled me to focus on breathing correctly and improved my posture and strengthened my muscles all at the same time.
Bree // Peakhurst
I participate in variety of exercises to keep ,my strength and fitness, It was suggested I try Pilates. I love the fact you can work at your own level in class, if I want to work harder I can use the props like the small ball and bands. The atmosphere is fun but relaxing and I look forward to my weekly Friday class.
Danielle // Penshurst
Doing yoga has made such a difference to my life, after class I have the deepest sleep, people often comment on how refreshed I look the day after and I am generally a more calm person.
Debbie // Peakhurst
An unexpected benefit of Yoga is that it has given me the mobility to get back into other activities that I had thought I’d have to give up.
Guy // Mortdale
Walking through the door for a class I can leave my life concerns outside, knowing that I will leave feeling stronger, supple & in a better frame of mind.
James // Penshurst
