At Pure Yoga we have a fully operational Personal Training studio where we cater for each individuals needs.

The studio is equipped with:-

  • Pin loaded weight machines;
  • Free weights;
  • Electronic treadmill and bike;
  • Outdoor mountain bikes;
  • Fitness balls and bands;
  • Boxing equipment and skipping ropes;

Training can be one on one or small groups up to 3.
A personalised program is written to ensure each individuals goals are achieved.

Personal training can improve:-

  • Cardiovascular fitness;
  • Muscle tone & shape;
  • Strength and flexibility;
  • Weight loss and body image.

We vary the program weekly aiming to incorporate both indoor and outdoor activities where possible to ensure goals can be achieved without the "plateauing" effect.
