Personal Training studio where we
cater for each individuals needs.
The
studio is equipped with:-

loaded weight machines;
Free
weights;
Electronic
treadmill and bike;
Outdoor
mountain bikes;
Fitness
balls and bands;
Boxing
equipment and skipping ropes;
Training
can be one on one or small groups
up to 3.
A personalised program is written to ensure each
individuals goals are achieved.
Personal

fitness;
Muscle
tone & shape;
Strength
and flexibility;
Weight
loss and body image.
We
vary the program weekly aiming to
incorporate both indoor and outdoor
activities where possible to ensure
goals can be achieved without the "plateauing" effect.
