At
Pure Yoga we teach the New York
method of Pilates; a one hour mat
class combining the traditional
Pilates repertoire with the moves
refined by Joseph Pilates successors.
A
small apparatus class incorporates
the use of the Pilates flexi-ring,
foam roller & theraband. The
use of the equipment increases
the intensity of the workout and
adds variety to mat classes.
Twice
throughout the 10 week series a
pilates circuit is taught where
the pilates reformer, wunda chair,flexi
rings, foam rollers, therabands,
spine corrector, discs and balls
are used. This is the ultimate
pilates challenge and is a great
all over body workout.
