All about our pilates – Pure Core
At Pure Yoga we teach a fusion of the traditional Pilates repertoire and Barre Movements, that we call Pure Core. This ultimately results in the best core workout around. Research shows that the body responds to variety and will change when it is challenged, this is the reason why each Pure Core class you attend will never quite be like the last.
Variety is crucial throughout the 10 week program so you will be guaranteed to use all of the pilates equipment including; the reformer, High Barrel, Wundha Chair, spine corrector, balls, bands, foam rollers, leg weights, light hand weights and the pilates circle .
After 10 weeks of total body conditioning you may notice some definite changes in your body these will include: toned, lean & strong muscles without the bulk ,improved posture, Stronger & more supportive back ,Increased flexibility, co-ordination and balance, Reduced stress and improved energy levels.
We’ve also taken all the hard work out of it for you too ! The studio is set up for you to just walk in and sit down, awaiting you will be your mat and any props we will be using for class.
