About 1 on 1 Training
At the Pure Yoga Studio we cater for individuals as well as small groups that have the same goals and needs. This specialized training allows us to write and tailor a program to meet your specific outcomes, not that of an entire group. In this way you get individual attention and a unique program.
At the initial consultation a short questionairre is used to determine your current situation, this is then used to help establish your training goals and what is needed to achieve them. A tailored program is written that you and your trainer work through weekly to help meet your goals. You are not left alone in this journey and your trainer will be there every step of the way to make you accountable by motivating , encouraging and guiding you.
One on one training or small group sessions( no more than 4 people) can include :
- Cardiovascular training
- Free or body Weighted training
The studio is equipped with all the necessary equipment to achieve great results.
- Free weights;
- Electronic treadmill and bike;
- Fitness balls, bands, rollers;
- Boxing equipment and skipping ropes;
